SHIPPING
– How do you ship?
First class standard mail with tracking number. Item’s usually arrive within 5-7 days.
– Do you ship international?
Yes, standard international mail service. Items take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive. We ask our international buyers to please have patience as we can not guarantee how long your item may be in customs before arriving to you.
– Will you ship faster such as overnight or priority?
Yes, please contact us and let us know you need your item sooner and we will adjust shipping charges accordingly.
CUSTOM ORDERS
– I need a specific size of a decal on your site. Do you resize?
Yes, let us know what size you need. If you’re not sure if a certain decal will look appropriate on your car or place of application, feel free to contact us with details.
– I saw a graphic/picture I’d like recreated into a decal. Do you do this?
Yes and maybe no. It depends on the graphic or picture you need. Send us a note with the attached image/graphic in question to info (@) graphicsplus123.com.
– I want a decal for my business, but I’m not sure what I want it to look like or how large I want it. Can you create this?
Yes. Contact us with your ideas and requirements and let’s get it made!
– Do you accept bulk orders? What amount do you consider “bulk?”
Yes we accept bulk orders. Bulk order pricing is any order of ONE decal in an amount more than 10. Unfortunately, bulk order does not mean ordering 1 of ten different decals.
– What is your bulk order pricing?
Please contact us for bulk order pricing. Indicate which decal(s) you’d like to order and in what amount.
RANDOM
– I’d like a different color than those you have listed. Can you do this?
More than likely, yes. Contact us with the color you would like. If you are trying to match the color of a decal you already have please send us a photo. Please understand matching colors is rather tricky due to variations among vinyl manufacturers and color spectrum of computer monitors. We will do our best to match. You may also send us photos of the decals you have and we may be able to reproduce them in the vinyl colors we carry. Contact us to discuss your options further.
– I have a particular font in mind/I’d like a different font.
Custom fonts are the quickest way to stand out among your decal using peers. Yes, we can change fonts. Contact us with your ideas or show us the font you’d like and we’ll see what we can do.
– Will you create a decal for my bicycle, helmet, window, laptop, cell phone, (insert your item here)?
Yes, just let us know what you’d like. Send us a photo, provide the logo or explain your idea. If there’s a graphic on our site that you’d like made smaller or “tweeked” to fit a particular area, please contact us with the measurements of the area where the decal is to be placed and the decal on our site that you’d like resized.
